Ingredients

Six cups chicken broth

One onion, chopped

Three (3.5 ounce) links spicy Italian sausage

Three large potatoes, cubed

One bunch fresh spinach, washed and chopped

One fourth cup evaporated milk

You can add salt to taste

Directions

First of all eradicate skin from sausage and place into pan. Also add chopped onion and cook over medium heat till meat turned pink.
